The terms, in plain English

This page is an honest summary of how the licence, the pre-order and our privacy stance work. The governing documents are the business terms shipped with your product - the licence agreement (EULA), your order form and the maintenance terms. If anything here reads differently from your signed terms, the signed terms win.

Licence & EULA

One engine, two ways to license it

Own it - perpetual licence

The one-time purchase (£7,500 software-only, or preinstalled hardware bundles) grants a perpetual licence to run Axiom Agent OS on your machine. The version you own keeps working even if you never pay us again. It includes the first 12 months of maintenance & updates; after that, maintenance is optional at £129/month billed yearly (£1,548/year) - renew, or decline and keep your current version at no charge.

Subscribe - per active seat

The subscription licenses each active engineering seat, per month, on a rolling plan - licence and updates included while the seat is active, cancel anytime. Seats are for people in your organisation; a licence key authorises the axiom CLI on a machine and must not be shared outside the licensed organisation.

What you may do

  • Use Axiom for your own or your company's engineering work, commercial included
  • Keep everything Axiom produces - your prompts, code and outputs are yours
  • Move an owned licence to a replacement machine (deactivate, then reactivate)
  • Decline paid maintenance and keep running the version you own

What the EULA reserves

  • No resale, sublicensing or key-sharing outside the licensed organisation
  • The engine, images and brand remain the vendor's intellectual property
  • Software is provided as described - the signed agreement states the warranty and liability terms in full

The full licence agreement ships with the product - alongside the installer and in your order paperwork - so the copy you accepted is always the copy you hold. Need it re-sent? Email axiom@momentumfocus.org.

Privacy

Zero telemetry. Your keys. Your code.

The privacy stance is structural, not a settings page: there is nothing to opt out of, because nothing phones home.

The product sends us nothing

Axiom collects zero telemetry: no usage analytics, no crash reporting, no prompt or code content - ever. Your prompts, code and outputs stay on your machine. That's contractual, not just a promise.

You bring your own LLM keys

Axiom drives Claude Code, Codex, or any LLM CLI using your own account and API keys. Model traffic goes directly from your machine to your chosen provider under your agreement with them - we never see, proxy, store or mark up any of it.

What we do hold

Only what a sale requires: your order details, contact email and licence record. The customer portal sets a single strictly-necessary session cookie when you sign in. This website is static - no analytics, no trackers, no marketing cookies, no third-party scripts.

Axiom OS pre-order

Founding reservation terms, summarised

  • Joining the waitlist is free - no charge today, no card required
  • A £1,000 deposit holds a founding slot and locks the founding price; it is deducted from your balance, which is only due when your image ships
  • The deposit is refundable less a £250 cancellation fee, which covers the individual preparation and QA check every Axiom unit receives
  • Founding editions include the first 12 months of the signed update channel; it is optional at £129/month billed yearly after that

The reservation confirmation you receive by email states these terms in full and is the document that governs your pre-order.

Plain-English disclaimer: this page is a summary for orientation, not legal advice and not the agreement itself. Your rights and ours come from the signed business terms shipped with your product. Where this summary and those terms differ, the terms govern.

Who you're dealing with
